Once you are at palace level 35 though you will have noticed that resource buildings from levels 31 to 35 start to offer fighting upgrades. This was one of the mistakes I made early on in the game. The Bloodlust Knowledge grants a permanent bonus to your troops' offense during their attacks on Towns, but it imposes a restriction on using a Peace Treaty.
