Nothing stood out particularly in this blend other than smelling pleasant. The staff seemed knowledgeable and could certainly make a good espresso. What country and if it’s arabic why is every coffee co calling it arabic or only growing coffee there? What is the aroma, how does that prepare you for the taste, what is the taste, how does that interact with the aroma, what is the after taste. To be blunt, Red Brick tastes like a blend of all the coffees they want to get rid of to make way for new stock. We've combined the great fruit qualities from each component, and allowed the sweetness to shine. Here at Square Mile, like most other speciality roasters, we recommend resting beans for 5-10 days after roasting, before putting it into the hopper and then using that coffee within a month from the roast date to get the best results. and my review of Square Mile to the coffee only.
