I saw this movie a few years ago late night on HBO, and mainly began watching it mainly because Thomerson was in it. The way Dollman's hijinks become almost background to some generic latinx gang drama made me wonder if he's been there all along in every movie, shooting his tiny gun, hiding in the rubble, just out of frame. Dollman (Tim Thomerson) is actually Regular-Sized-Cop-Man on his home planet Arturos, but goes through a size-reducing dimensional portal to Earth while chasing an evil head named Sprug (Frank Collision).

Dollman also had its own comic series published by Eternity Comics, who also made comics for other Full Moon films.
